Moscow: President Vladimir Putin urged international support for Russia following a deadly attack on a Moscow concert hall, promising to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Putin stated that all four gunmen involved in the attack had been apprehended while attempting to flee towards the Ukraine border. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.

Russian police have 11 suspects in custody, including the gunmen. Putin called for unity against terrorism, emphasizing that such threats transcend nationality. He dismissed allegations of Russian involvement, asserting solidarity against a common enemy.

The Federal Security Service reported the attackers’ intention to cross into Ukraine. Kyiv denied involvement, labeling it a Russian provocation. Putin emphasized resilience in facing historical challenges.
